IT Support Engineer
John Michael Medina holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and has been working in the IT industry for 12 years. Since moving to Dubai in 2015, he has established himself as a trusted expert in technical operations and support.
A certified security systems technician, John Michael earned his professional license through training at the prestigious Dubai Police Academy. He is actively involved in CCTV and cabling projects across roads, residential, commercial, and government buildings in the UAE, demonstrating his expertise in advanced security solutions and technical infrastructure.
In the Philippines, he served as a military reservist and was ranked as a Sergeant, taking on the role of Corps commander during his university years. These experiences shaped his strong leadership, strategic thinking, and discipline.
Outside of work, he enjoys videography and photography, finding creative inspiration in capturing meaningful moments.
