Simi Sam

Simi Sam joined Phoenix Yacht Management in 2025 as an Office Manager.
Born and raised in the UAE, she brings more than 13 years of expertise in office management, human resources, and executive support. Holding an MBA in Human Resources Management from Amity University, Simi is dedicated to cultivating efficient work environments and enhancing employee engagement. In her current position, she oversees daily operations, manages office supplies, maintains vendor relationships, implements policies, and coordinates recruitment efforts.
Prior to her role at Phoenix Yacht Management, Simi worked as Office Manager for the Operations Director/COO at COSMIX FZC, where she improved employee satisfaction through effective communication across different departments. Her background includes positions at United Medical Supplies LLC, Associated Power Solutions, and Derby Debt Collections, which allowed her to refine her administration and customer interaction skills. Passionate about her professional development, Simi strives to foster inclusive and productive workplaces.
In her personal life, she enjoys singing, reading, spending quality time with her family, and traveling.
